Why was my application unsuccessful or rejected?

Unfortunately, there are some instances where Marlo is unable to proceed with an application for an Marlo business account.

We may not be able to proceed with an application due to business location, restrictions and regulations imposed upon us by our various partners around the world, or if the business' use case falls outside of our Acceptable Use Policy.

Please note, due to regulation, we're unable to share specific details about our onboarding decisions, including why an application was unsuccessful or rejected.
