Limited Availability: Not all of our banking partners offer the payment recall option.
Associated Fees: Our banking partner may charge a nominal fee for the payment recall, which varies by partner. Our customer support team will inform you of any such fee, which will be deducted from your wallet.
No Guarantee of Success: Payment recalls require the collaboration of all participating banks and are not guaranteed to succeed. The beneficiary must also consent to the return of the payment.
Timeframe: Payment recalls can take between 4 to 6 weeks or more to process.
