This tutorial outlines the process of creating a new vessel ownership.
Step 1: Click on Add Ownership. From the dropdown menu that appears, select the type of ownership. Opt for Owned Vessels if the company fully owns the vessel or Time Charter if it is a time chartered vessel.
Step 2: Upon selecting the ownership type, a pop-up will appear. Fill in the ownership information, including the Technical Manager Name. To add a new technical manager, click on New Technical Manager. Enter the Technical Management Fees, Insurance, and the Ownership Period.
Step 3: Specify the Start and End Date of the ownership period.
Step 8: After filling in all the information, click on Add Ownership to save the details.
The ownership details will now be listed.
These details are editable and can be deleted as needed. After adding the ownership details, navigate to the Cash Flow tab. Here, all the upcoming payments are listed. Bills are created by clicking on the plus sign. This process will be covered in a separate tutorial.
