How to create an estimate for TC In - TC Out (TCTO)?




This guide explains how to create an estimate for TCTO.



Step 1: Navigate to chartering.

Step 2: Click on estimates.

Step 3: Select a worksheet.

Step 4: Convert the selected worksheet to TCO.

Step 5: Switch the view to tab view.

Step 6: Select your profile from the list.

Step 7: Choose the operation type.

Step 8: Enter the ballast port and the operation port.

Step 9: Add the commencing and completing date for the voyage.

Step 10: Add miscellaneous revenue and miscellaneous expense.

Step 11: Go to the bunker section and add the price for the bunkers.

Step 12: Move on to the TCO hire table, add neuro, and set the rate type as per day.

Step 13: Allow the duration and select the period.


Image



Step 14: Add the delivery port and the redelivery port in the TCO terms.

Step 15: Add the broker percentage and Address commission percentage.

Step 16: Reenter the last bonus and select the broker from the contact list.

Step 17: After entering all the necessary details, click save.

Step 18: Check the P and L profit and loss for the voyage.

Step 19: Check the CI rating for the voyage.


Image



Step 20: Check the carbon emission for the voyage.

Step 21: Switch back to column view.

Step 22: Close the estimate.

Step 23: Change the vessel if necessary.


Image



Step 24: Check the profit and loss, and compare it with the estimates.
